I've attended classes with Palace Pilates for nearly 20 years. They were recommended by physios at the Sports Injuries clinic where I was being treated for a back injury. They offer small, friendly classes daytime, evening or online. My regular teacher is brilliant - there are several, who cover for each other, all good. Regular attendance, individual attention and advice plus motivation to do a few basic exercises every day has resolved my back pain and also keeps the rest of my body working.
