If you have problems with bone health or back pain this class is brilliant as it enables you to practise Pilates in a safe yet challenging environment. Sophie is an excellent and empathetic teacher and class sizes are kept small so that individual attention can be given to participants. Following this level of Pilates where building core strength, mobility and balance are the goals has enabled me to feel more in control of my physical health. I always leave the class feeling stronger, refreshed and relaxed. Susan
