I’ve been attended Helen’s classes for around 18 months following a back injury and since committing to restarting Pilates I’ve managed to stay largely pain free and stop taking painkillers. This week I attended with my head still full of work and rather stressed. One hour later I walked out lighter in emotion and tension. It’s a calm class with a quiet energy that helps our bodies settle. I would thoroughly recommend her classes. There is a very handy online option that allows you to continue classes if away also which is great if you need to keep the routine going whilst on leave.
