Wow! Sophie T is a fantastic teacher. We have never done Pilates before but love it. She is kind and patient. I went because I had a slipped disc. I had a private consultation before to check I was well enough with Pippa who was so kind and encouraging. I would heartily recommend Pilatesstar. A great set of teaching staff. I also love exercising in St Stephen's Church. It is very relaxing
My Pilates classes are such a highlight of my my week; I always feel so energised and restored afterwards. Sophie T is a brilliant teacher - engaged and hands-on, and always with such a friendly and warm approach. I have been attending Sophie T’s class for the last few months and I’m extremely impressed with her. Sophie pays close attention to my posture and makes even the tiniest tweak to ensure I get the most out of each move.
