Is the basic listing really free forever?
Yes. Every verified UK pilates studio can list for free via our Claim page — this is our commitment to being the most complete directory in the UK. You can add photos, opening hours, services and a trial offer. Paid packages (Lead £29, Website £69, Growth Agency £129) are optional upgrades if you want lead forwarding, featured placement, custom website or Google Ads management.
How many leads should I realistically expect?
Honest answer: it depends heavily on your area, services and the season. High-demand areas (central London, Manchester city centre, Bristol, Edinburgh) see much more search volume than smaller towns. We don't quote guaranteed lead numbers because organic search fluctuates — but we do share our actual traffic data for your area during your onboarding call, so you can decide whether the Lead Package makes sense before you commit. On Growth Agency, adding Google Ads gives you predictable, scalable volume with a target cost-per-lead you agree with us upfront.
What counts as a lead?
Someone who submitted an enquiry through our directory (name + phone/email + specific interest — service, location, schedule). We don't count anonymous page views, click-throughs, or obvious spam. Every lead is verified before being routed to you.
Can I cancel if it doesn't work for me?
Absolutely. Lead Package and Website Package are billed monthly with no minimum term — cancel any time with 7 days notice, no penalties, no exit fees. If your first month clearly doesn't deliver value, message us and we'll refund it — we want long-term partners, not trapped customers. Growth Agency has a 3-month minimum because it includes website build and Google Ads setup (both need 4-6 weeks to reach full performance), then it's month-to-month with the same 7-day cancel policy.
How does the Pro plan website work?
We build you a modern, fast, SEO-optimised website using Next.js — the same framework the BBC, TikTok and Nike use. You get 5-8 pages (home, classes, timetable, pricing, contact, about, blog), custom domain, SSL, hosting, monthly maintenance and quarterly SEO optimisation. Ownership is 100% yours — if you leave, you take the site with you.
What's the ad spend on Pro? Is it included?
Google Ads spend is separate — you pay Google directly (minimum £15/day recommended for most UK cities). The £129/month covers our management: keyword research, ad creative, weekly optimisation, monthly reporting and quarterly strategy calls. Typical starting ad spend is £500-1,500/month with a target cost-per-lead of £8-20.
How do you compare to ClassPass?
ClassPass takes 60-70% of your class revenue (studios net £8-12 on a £30 class). We don't touch your class revenue at all. Lead Package is a flat £29/month, Website Package £69/month, Growth Agency £129/month. You keep 100% of every membership, package and drop-in. We charge separately for what we deliver — pure lead generation, website, and growth marketing.
Can I cancel any time?
Lead Package: yes — 30 days notice, no exit fees, no penalties. Website Package: same, 30 days notice. Growth Agency: 3-month minimum, then 30 days notice. If you cancel Growth Agency after we've built your website, we transfer full ownership to your own hosting (WordPress or a static export). No hostage-taking.
