The gym has such a broad range of equipment and plenty of weights. It also has 3 squat racks which is amazing. There's a really nice outdoor area which has been great to use for summer. I've been having PTs sessions with Charlotte. I've been weight training for years but struggled with my form and recently begun having lower back pains which has made me apprehensive in pushing my weights up. Charlotte has been an absolute star. In just two sessions, she's given me so much valuable information and adjustments which have meant I've been able to really challenge myself, increase my weights, whilst my pains are no more. She's so easy to get along with whilst being encouraging and pushing me to advance. Thanks Charlotte!
