I booked on to Mandalena’s course after reading other Google reviews and I’m delighted to say the classes live up to the reviews. The classes are well planned, varied, suitable for our abilities and Mandalena is a great teacher. As a class of regular attendees we have built a good rapport and also have a laugh as we exercise. I feel stronger since starting the classes and look forward to it every week. As someone who doesn't particularly enjoy exercise, this is high praise! I’m so glad I found these classes!
