Absolutely love this studio. Myself & my daughters have recently started going to reformer classes at Foxflow and we cannot recommend it enough. Maddy the instructor is lovely and makes you feel so welcome & comfortable. Easy to book and parking outside. It is an amazing addition into your day. Highly recommend ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Joined end of August 2025 and not looked back. This unique piece of equipment provides a variety of exercises for an incredible full-body workout The reformers can make workouts fun, as you flow on the machine with the ability for a huge variation of movement. With a number of health issues I feel better mentally and physically. The classes are most enjoyable with Georgie or Maddy. The reformer machine is a combination of mobility, flexibility and strength. It’s a win win for me.
My favourite days of the week are when I go to Foxflow. I feel better. More energy and super zen too! Can’t recommend it highly enough. Maddy, Georgie and Meg are amazing and everyone that goes is lovely! Such a fab community!
