It's been only 2 weeks since I started attending sessions at the STRONG Nottingham Reformer Pilates studio after a rather long (few years) break from proper fitness training routine and my experience has been absolutely fantastic - I love the modality of combos of pilates, strength and cardio. ☺️ There are several different classes to choose from every week - either pilates only or different combos. The instructors that I've met so far and the owner are so friendly, kind, enthusiastic. ☺️ The studio is filled with positive vibes as soon as you open and walk through the front doors. ☺️ I also love that the studio is "no shoes" and exercising is done wearing non-slip socks so basically barefoot training which in my opinion is much better way to train our bodies in the functional way. ☺️ I must admit, before attending I was a little bit apprehensive about what kind of music will be played during the workouts and I must now say that the tunes have been fine (not too much of pure loud noise as it is in some gyms I've attended in the past). So thank you for those good tune choices. 🙏☺️ I love trying out different sessions and look forward to training at the studio every week again. ☺️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💚
