Sol is such an excellent instructor! I’ve been going to her classes for 3 weeks now and I find her absolutely amazing! She focuses mainly on core and hips work out as these are really important in correcting our posture. I’ve had right shoulder back pain for a while because of my wrong posture at work but Sol taught me the correct exercises to do everyday and I felt better now. The vibe and energy I get from her classes are also really great. She’s very joyful and her classes are so fun to attend, would strongly recommend to try her pilates class!
