Excellent work out, what a studio, what a place. I have been going for many years and it never fails to surprise me just how good the work out and Heartcore method is. The teachers at Heartcore know their stuff whilst always keeping clients' safety their most important concern. You have a jolly hard 55mins where you truly sweat it out and discover you have muscles you never knew you had! Some of the teachers have incredible playlists too and it helps me discover new music. if you want a very hard low impact work out I recommend it highly, and the Hampstead room is a great space with a great team helping out people of all standards.
I wanted to try reformed Pilates to feel stronger and take my mind off life. I had Classes with all Different teachers and the vibe and guidance was always on point and helpful. The studio itself is perfect for my taste. It’s simple, neat, clean, there is light in the studio and feels airy and bright. Facilities are great, showers, toilet and changing room are clean and spacious with all necessities, including hair drier, streightenwr, body cream , hair ties and all you might have forgotten and need. The price for classes are definitely worth it. And I am quite stingy, I just confess!

Reformer pilates is performed on a specialised piece of equipment using adjustable spring resistance. It targets deeper stabilising muscles than mat-based pilates and is widely used for posture correction, core strength, injury rehabilitation and pre/postnatal training.
Mat pilates uses your bodyweight on a padded mat, often with small props like resistance bands, blocks and pilates balls. It's the most accessible form of pilates — no heavy equipment, lower price points, and easier to continue at home.
