Very friendly and welcoming studio! A really lovely atmosphere. I was made to feel completely at ease during my first class and now come weekly. The most beautiful Pilates studio! I’ve attended different classes, with different instructors and they all are AMAZING, very kind, caring and encouraging. Especially Ellen is so lovely, always makes everyone at ease. She is a fantastic teacher, explains/demonstrates exercises clearly and her classes are fun and enjoyable. I’m hooked. This is the best Pilates studio in the area. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to feel calmer, fitter and more energised.
