So happy Forma is my local studio as it is the best pilates studio I have been to in London and I have tried many! Aside from the aesthetics (which hit the right spot) both the mat and reformer classes are incredible with the nicest and most professional teachers. And it gets better after you finish the class as you get to enjoy an amazing coffee/matcha at the bright coffee bar. 🌿🤍

I had the entire studio to myself, and the space was just stunning — calm, modern, beautifully designed, and filled with such good energy. There were 13 of my wonderful friends and family there, and Eren the owner and host, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. He was professional, warm, and genuinely invested in making it a special experience for all of us. We had blueberry matcha lattes on hand the dancehall/soca/afrobeats playlist was just right, and Eren even helped capture content throughout the event — from Pilates moments to candid smiles (he’s got THE eye for angles!). Our instructor, Francesca, was absolutely amazing — so patient, encouraging, and full of good vibes. She felt like one of my girls, making everyone feel comfortable (even the first-timers!). Her energy was everything and she really set the tone for such beautiful, empowering classes, of which I had two. It was such a beautiful afternoon — full of laughter, movement, and connection.
