Have been to all the classes so far, and I will certainly continue to do so! Amy is such a thorough and detailed teacher. She ensures each one of us is doing the right thing. She is incredibly calming and patient, her tone is so relaxing. Great classes, and I’m feeling the benefits already. Thank you Amy, love my new routine with Imperium Pilates.
Loving this new class. Haven’t done Pilates for years. Amy is very informative and checks that I’m performing the movements correctly. She reminds the class of breathing techniques constantly which I find really helpful. Everyone is very welcoming. It has given me new confidence and more importantly strength. Highly recommend
I had never done Pilates before I did Amy’s classes. She’s an excellent instructor, explains things clearly and takes the time to move round the class and correct your positioning. Every class is varied but you get a really good full body session every time. Pilates has genuinely become the highlight of my week and I can’t recommend Imperium Pilates and Amy’s teaching more!
