The most gorgeous Pilates studio I’ve ever been to! Keeley was amazing and the aesthetic was on point. Best class I’ve had so far and I’ve been to 40+ classes!
Wow is all I can say. From the moment you walk in, it’s a calming environment and it’s very aesthetically pleasing. There is shoe storage and secure lockers for all your belongings which is defiantly a plus. I had Keeley teaching my first session at Innersculpt, she made me feel totally at ease guiding me throughout and helping to build my confidence using the reformer machines. Parking was also a positive for me as there was multiple locations to park near enough to the studio without having to walk to far. This is by far the best Pilates studio I have attended and I have already booked in for my second session with Keeley. I can’t wait to go back!
I have tried lots of different reformer pilates studios and this is by far my favourite one. The classes are always 10/10, all of the instructors are lovely and the studio is so pretty! Highly recommend!!
Innersculpt Pilates offers 2 pilates disciplines. Each one is suited to different goals — read the breakdown below to see which fits.
Reformer pilates is performed on a specialised piece of equipment using adjustable spring resistance. It targets deeper stabilising muscles than mat-based pilates and is widely used for posture correction, core strength, injury rehabilitation and pre/postnatal training.
Mat pilates uses your bodyweight on a padded mat, often with small props like resistance bands, blocks and pilates balls. It's the most accessible form of pilates — no heavy equipment, lower price points, and easier to continue at home.
