Precision Pilates

I started at Precision Pilates in November 2024 trying to find a form of exercise I enjoyed and have been coming up twice per week since! Every instructor is amazing, knowledgeable and passionate in what they do, they make all classes both challenging and enjoyable. There is also no pressure to conform to an asthetic that other studios promote, every member is friendly, welcoming and there for the same reason, to move their bodies. Precision Pilates has lead me to discover better lifestyle and give me a place to switch off from the outside world for a couple of hours per week.

I’ve recently become a Reformer Pilates girly! The studio equipment is top of the range and incredibly well looked after. You can tell a lot of care goes into making sure the space and equipment are always in perfect condition. The classes are consistently challenging in the best way. The instructors are wonderfully clear, knowledgeable, and supportive. They explain movements in a way that’s easy to understand, offer helpful corrections, and make sure everyone in the class feels comfortable and confident. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a Reformer Pilates experience!

I have been doing classes at Precision Pilates for about 8 months now. I started going every other week but quickly fell in love and now attend 2-3 times a week minimum! The classes here really helped me to get into fitness - I’ve never done anything like this before, but the knowledge from the team and the friendly environment meant I kept coming back. The team are welcoming, knowledgable and the classes always push me that little bit further or my Pilates Journey - comparing myself now to 8 months ago is crazy! Jen is fantastic and has built a truly exceptional Pilates space!
