Such a wonderful space, so warm and welcoming, everyone is so friendly which makes for a very supportive atmosphere. I was nervous to start with, having never done reformer before, but Summar really cares about people and was great at putting me at ease, explaining and adapting moves to suit and now I’m a regular. I absolutely love the classes, I’ve never looked forward to a work out so much and I’m already seeing results, I’m stronger, my posture sees better and it’s only been about 6 months. I love this place.

Summar is a fantastic pilates instructor. She helped me built my confidence and fall in love again with working out and self-care. I cannot recommend her pilates studio enough. Her mat pilates events are also amazing.

I was terrified as a beginner looking for a Pilates studio to try out but Summar is so so welcoming and really tailors her classes to the individuals. As a complete newbie she makes you feel relaxed and really begins with the basics. Summar offers a number of different memberships and the small class sizes really mean you get that 1 on 1 attention. I look forward to my classes every week and couldn’t recommend enough!
