I highly recommend Pilates by Niamh. I joined as a complete beginner three years ago with a goal to improve my strength, flexibility, and posture. Starting in one of Niamh's beginner classes gave me the strong foundation I needed to eventually transition into a mixed-ability class. As a complete beginner, I remember Niamh making those first classes feel accessible rather than intimidating. Niamh is an exceptional teacher. Her classes are well-structured and perfectly paced for the students’ level. By introducing exercise variations throughout the session, she enables everyone to develop at their own pace. It is an excellent approach that I have truly benefited from. There is never any rushing; Niamh has a very considered teaching style, focusing on techniques that help you prioritise breathing and core strength. I continue to achieve my goals and didn’t realise just how good it would make me feel for the rest of the week. Thank you, Niamh—one day I will perfect the cobra!
