This is an absolutely wonderful studio for Reformer and mat Pilates. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated and laid out, and everyone is made to feel very welcome and valued. Sam, one of the 2 sisters who own the studio is brilliant and absolutely lovely to deal with. My Reformer Pilates class was with Rachel who is a fantastic instructor with amazing expertise and a fabulous teaching style. I am already looking forward to going back.
I absolutely love my classes at The Springs. Sam, Sarah and the rest of the instructors are amazing - really know their stuff, vary the classes and keep it fun and interesting. Reformer is a great way to exercise and you can see and feel the difference in strength and body shape really quickly. The hour flies by and I always feel great at the end of the class. I'd definitely recommend anyone to give it a try.
I can’t recommend enough! I joined the studio as a last resort having started to suffer with my lower back. I’m in my mid forties and having always been relatively active, I was struggling just to get out of bed. I wasn’t really sure if I would enjoy Pilates but I can honestly say, I’ve never enjoyed exercise more! It’s so addictive. I look forward to every session. My body shape has completely changed after a few months but most importantly, my body feels strong and my back pain has pretty much disappeared. The studio is immaculate and the staff so knowledgeable and welcoming.
