I have been going to Kayleigh’s Pilate classes for a few years and have benefited from them. I have arthritis in my knees and when I started with Kayleigh I struggled to squat but can now squat due to the strengthening exercises that have improved my muscles around the knees and feel stronger within my body. I go weekly and each time the exercises are different so I always come away feeling I’ve worked muscles but in a good satisfactory way. You do not have to be super fit to do a Pilates class as Kayleigh teaches all abilities and is very knowledgeable about the body and very professional in her instruction and works to your strengths.
