Beautiful & spacious reformer studio with kind owners and experienced Pilates Instructors. Lots of different membership packages to suit your fitness goals. Despite being a new studio it’s building a great little community. Lots of parking also available at Botley Mills or on nearby car parks / residentials.
Loved every minute of it. From the moment I walked in, the space felt welcoming, clean and beautifully designed, the perfect environment for Pilates lovers. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Can't wait to go back!
I absolutely love SISU Reformer Pilates. From the moment you walk in, there’s such a calm, grounding feeling and the studio itself is beautiful — the aesthetic alone makes it a joy to be there. I especially love my classes with Kira. I always leave feeling calm, aligned, and genuinely glowing after a session with her. She’s introduced me to some really lovely new movements and at the same time she encourages me to push myself in a way that feels supportive and empowering. I’ll definitely be a regular student this year and have already recommended SISU to so many of my friends — who all agree it’s something special. Thank you for creating such a wonderful space and community 🖤
