Sarah’s beginner classes are brilliant. She clearly knows her stuff and creates a really welcoming environment for Pilates newbies. Classes are excellent value at £8.50 each when you block book and I couldn’t recommend more. Thanks Sarah!
I recently joined Sarah’s Pilates class and I am very impressed. Sarah is a great teacher and works with lot’s of different abilities. She gives everyone in the class attention and makes sure we are all doing the moves correctly. Each week we learn something different and I can continue these moves at home too. I had a prolapse disc last year and am find this class is really helping with my flexibility. Thanks Sarah.
