I have been practising Pilates with Nia for over 2 years and I can honestly say that I’d be lost without it. Not only has the introduction of Pilates and understanding the principles helped me physically and mentally, it’s specifically the space that Nia has created at LYC. Whether it’s 1-2-1 sessions or group classes, Nia creates a safe space where you can turn up and just immerse yourself in the moment. The process for me personally has covered everything from fitness and mind/body connection through to pre and post surgery and most recently just supporting my mental health and the experiences of every day life. Nia herself is just incredible, she shares so much knowledge and makes everything enjoyable but most importantly you see how she genuinely cares about everyone as an individual. Pilates with Nia at LYC has now very much become an integral part of my lifestyle and I’d highly encourage both her and LYC to anyone.
