I attended a T.R.E workshop with Nathalie Knevett at the You Massage centre. It was well run and I really enjoyed it as well as learning some good self help tension release skills.

Lovely first class with Emilie. She talked to us about our fitness, injuries and yoga experience and tailored the class to our ability. Love the studio - cosy with calm lighting and gorgeous incense. There's mats, blocks and straps you can use if you don't have your own. I'll definitely be making this a regular thing.
Really lovely gentle yoga class with Emilie. Felt very relaxed and helped relieve some tension. The studio itself was very calming and warm. Great for a bit of me time.
YOUNITY Yoga, Pilates & Sound Bath | YOU Massage Southampton offers 2 pilates disciplines. Each one is suited to different goals — read the breakdown below to see which fits.
Reformer pilates is performed on a specialised piece of equipment using adjustable spring resistance. It targets deeper stabilising muscles than mat-based pilates and is widely used for posture correction, core strength, injury rehabilitation and pre/postnatal training.
Mat pilates uses your bodyweight on a padded mat, often with small props like resistance bands, blocks and pilates balls. It's the most accessible form of pilates — no heavy equipment, lower price points, and easier to continue at home.
