I have been attending Sarah’s classes since the start of this year and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to strengthen their core and to look forward to a Monday evening! I was a complete beginner and can’t believe how much stronger I feel after 6 months! I can now do some of the more advanced exercises in the class, but everyone works at their own pace with no judgement, and Sarah provides any adjustments or alternative exercises if needed. She is great at reading the room and adapts classes accordingly - I personally really enjoy these classes and feel much better within myself when exercising my core regularly and consistently.
