Vibe reformer studio

I have been going to vibe for a few months now after never done reformer before. I firstly went to Shardie's session and she was so welcoming and informative, taking into account I was a complete beginner! I have since been to Nichola, Haley and Bec's classes and they are all so friendly. Giving advice and encouragement throughout. I am completely hooked and I so glad I started. The studio is small, meaning the support you get through the session is really personal too. All the ladies that attend have been really friendly too and I have never once felt uncomfortable at a class. Thankyou ladies for everything so far..if you are looking for a reformer studio I would definitely recommend Vibe!

Ive just completed my 30th session and I can see the transformation in my body and flexibility. Thank you to Nichola, Rebecca, Shardie and Hayley for this wonderful and addictive experience. As an older lady I'm blown away with your support and encouragement. ❤️
