I’ve been attending classes at Moor Pilates with Joy since May, and it has genuinely been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and wellbeing. Joy is such a lovely, maternal presence—she creates an environment where you feel supported, understood, and encouraged no matter what level you’re at. Her experience really shines through in the way she explains movements clearly, pays attention to proper form, and adapts exercises to suit each person’s needs. I always leave class feeling stronger, more balanced, and cared for.
