I have been loving Rise and Reform and have been attending for 6 weeks now, as something that is very new to me, I have no idea why I didn’t try it before. All the instructors are so friendly and the classes are challenging and rewarding! Really big special mention to Fran who is patient, very knowledgable, and caters classes to all levels.
I couldn’t recommend Rise&Reform enough! It’s where I started my reformer Pilates journey and I couldn’t have picked a better studio. The space has such a warm, welcoming vibe and the instructors are all amazing. Maddie is such a great instructor — she’s always so friendly and chatty, and makes every class fun while still keeping it challenging. She takes the time to help with your form and makes sure you’re really getting the most out of each session. It honestly feels like such a lovely little community and I always leave feeling great!
Maddie’s Pilates classes are the epitome of short term pain, long term gain. She is lovely, professional and has the cutest giggle. But if you hear the giggle just be warned you’ll likely struggle walking down the stairs after class, so take it slow. The class’ style and focus are varied. You can always find a new challenge either by leveling up a move or trying a new exercise; and you can feel the changes in your strength and body shortly after starting. R&R and Maddie’s classes have been a “me-time” place since Jan 2025 and I am so glad I found them.
