If you want to come to a place where there’s no judgement, supportive instructors who are the kindest this is the place. I started off as a beginner with 0 flexibility, and now I’m getting there struggling less and feeling stronger and more toned. Alex and Alix are great I love the aesthetic and everything about this place! 💞🌸
Highly recommend! Gorgeous space and such a friendly atmosphere. I contacted prior to my first session at Hi Pilates as I was concerned due to recently having spinal surgery. They were so lovely and advised they can adapt certain exercises if they felt uncomfortable. I finally felt like I was able to move my body in ways I have missed! I’m so excited to return ASAP!🥹 🩰
