I go to the Tuesday 10am class in Stubbington. The class is small which is great as Sylvia is able to provide individual attention ensuring that we are all doing the exercises correctly. All those attending this class are of a similar age and ability and the exercises are geared to that. The exercises vary each week, sometimes incorporating the bands or soft balls, other times just stretching and strengthening exercise, so a good variety and challenges. I always leave the class feeling better than when I arrived and confident that the supervision provided is really good. Highly recommend.
