It has taken me a long time to find a professional Pilates instructor, who can safely aid my ailing arthritic bones and posture without creating further damage. Lucy’s was very helpful in providing information beforehand. She was very welcoming and her techniques focused on every element of the human skeleton, including stretching exercises for feet and toes! Lucy is a top notch, highly qualified professional. My first lesson found me limping in yet walking out, almost pain free. The relief on my bone on bone knee, lasted for around 6 hours. I understand that I need to work at regularly maintaining the movements at home as well as in her class, so that I can continue to work towards being as pain free and active as I can be. Under Lucy’s expertise and help, I hope to be able to achieve this going forward from week-to-week. I highly recommend Lucy’s classes. If I was able to have the time to attend three per week I certainly would.
