I love Emma’s Pilates classes! So much so that I have started 1:1 sessions in addition to an evening class each week. Emma is so friendly, knowledgeable, and makes everyone feel really welcome. It’s always a tough but super enjoyable workout that leaves you feeling amazing afterwards. Emma always checks that you’re doing the exercises correctly, which really helps you get the most out of each session. I’ve definitely noticed a big improvement in my core strength too. Can’t recommend enough!
