I have attended regular classes at this studio for the past 4 months and I can’t recommend it enough! The studio is really cozy and zen. I have had a great experience with all the instructors. It’s lovely to have that variation. Classes run at all times so it is extremely flexible for your timetable and schedule. The environment is so welcoming. Will definitely keep coming back !
I’ve been going to the pre natal classes and very much enjoying them. Ana is really attentive and friendly, she works on what you need and makes sure your doing the movements correctly, making sure you leave each session feeling stronger and more aligned with your body. 100% recommend to all pregnant ladies & new mums!
This is as my first time doing Pilates, never mind reformer! It was a lovely class, guided where necessary and show how to use the beds when I said it was my first time. The other girls were lovely and it was a completely judgement free space. I highly recommend and I think I’ve found my new way of exercising
