This place is well worth the money and with more personalised one to one coaching and attention, that you would have to pay extra for anywhere else. I am so glad to be a member here and looking forward to my wellness journey with them !!!
I’m so impressed with Formé. Such a beautiful and welcoming studio. It was my first time doing reformer Pilates and I couldn’t have been better supported by Caroline. She also gave me the confidence to try a group PT session upstairs at the studio and I really felt the benefit. Everyone is so friendly, I’ll definitely be back
I loved going to FÖRMÉ! The beds were smooth and quiet, and the whole vibe in the studio is absolutely stunning. I left with my legs shakingggg from such a good workout; in the best way possible. Can’t wait to go back!
