The Crete Retreat was the perfect opportunity to relax in beautiful surroundings, accompanied by a great bunch of people, enjoying the most amazing home cooked food. The hikes provided breathtaking views whilst being directed by Valerie, our knowledgeable and skilled guide. Each day included a Pilates session by Hilary, tailored to provide relief from any aches and pains from the hikes. A memorable week that went far too quickly.

Fabulous Pilates Spring Gathering today. Hilary led us through a series of movements suitable for all levels of experience and abilities. She also made it fun with a lovely guided breathing exercise at the end to leave us feeling stretched yet calm and relaxed.
