Christine was recommended to me as I wanted to know how to improve my posture and strengthen my core. I chose the 1:1 sessions which I really enjoyed. Christine is so friendly and welcoming and made me feel at easy straight away. She listened to my concerns and tailored the exercises to me, explaining how each one worked and why they were important. I was a little anxious before my first session as I’m not the most flexible but Christine made sure everything I did was doable and something I could continue in the years to come. I feel I am getting stronger and more flexible all the time and it’s really helping with the aches from my body being out of line, bad posture and lack of core strength. Thank you Christine!
