I have been attending the Pilates Workshop for a few years now and I would give 6 Stars if I could. No more back and leg pain. Each class always feels considered and much thought has clearly been given to the variety of exercises throughout each term. I still have the odd exercise that I've never done before so variety and interest is also thought through. The structure of the classes allows development of my own individual strength, and I notice now that I can join the 'progression' to a higher level and so have clearly improved. The classes are small enough that personal attention is given and attention paid to participants to ensure safety is observed. Special mention to the teachers I've enjoyed Susan, Amanda, Danielle, Julie, Brie.
