I absolutely loved my first class! The atmosphere was calm and relaxed, and Ruth was such a warm and welcoming instructor. The session struck the perfect balance — challenging yet totally manageable. The studio itself is beautifully designed, bright, and airy, which made the whole experience even better. I especially loved the thoughtful touch of a ginger shot at the end — something I haven’t come across at other studios. I’ll definitely be back 🤍
I've recently attended the VIP event at Refrm Letchworth for their soft launch and did their taster session. I must say that the studio is beautifully decorated. The staff members are very welcoming and friendly. The taster session was conducted by Emma who is also the owner of the studio. She worked us hard even for 30 mins. She has a good knowledge and she makes the session enjoyable. What really excited me was their recovery treatment services. From red lights, infrared sauna, massage chair, sauna to cold plunge. The studio is like a mini health club where lockers, showers and toilets are also available. They also provide personal training sessions too. A lot to consider if you want to sign up to join them as a member. I look forward to the full price list so I can decide what to do.
Have attended several classes over the past few weeks and have really enjoyed them. The setting is peaceful with beautifully decor. The instructors have all been professional and friendly. Really pleased I stepped outside my comfort zone and gave it a go!
