I've recently attended the VIP event at Refrm Letchworth for their soft launch and did their taster session. I must say that the studio is beautifully decorated. The staff members are very welcoming and friendly. The taster session was conducted by Emma who is also the owner of the studio. She worked us hard even for 30 mins. She has a good knowledge and she makes the session enjoyable. What really excited me was their recovery treatment services. From red lights, infrared lights, massage chair, sauna to cold plunge. The studio is like a mini health club where lockers, showers and toilets are also available. They also provide personal training sessions too. A lot to consider if you want to sign up to join them as a member. I look forward to the full price list so I can decide what to do.

I would 100% recommend Refrm & Restore if you are thinking about wanting a wholesome afternoon mixed with movement in reformer flow, an amazing sound bath experience and group reiki. This is set in an incredible studio with great ambience for all your needs.

My friend took me with her to this reformer pilates class with Rachel, which was really welcoming. I have never done it before, and I really enjoyed it! I can definetly feeling that my body has worked out. I am a personal trainer so I am used to weight and body weight training, so this class felt completly different from what I do usually. I definetly recommend it! And the environment is great as well! How they decorated the space makes you feel very cosy! :) Thank you!
