United Motion Pilates

Love United Motion! I have been taking Reformer with Havva and her team, on and off for a few years (including at her previous location). She has such a warm and kind attitude, knows everyone by name, and runs a really professional operation. I particularly love Havva, Carleigh and Phoebe’s classes. They all have a different style and it’s great to mix them up for maximum benefit. The studio is spotless, safe, and tasteful with so much natural light. It makes so much sense to use a meeting room in this way - especially in such a great, central and accessible location. Would recommend to anyone looking for challenging, friendly and tailored Reformer Pilates classes.

I absolutely love this Pilates studio. The teachers are incredibly skilled, attentive and wonderfully diverse in their styles, so every class feels fresh and inspiring. The studio itself is flooded with natural light and has great views. It feels like you’re exercising outdoors, yet with all the comfort and warmth of being inside. I always leave feeling stronger and uplifted. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Absolutely loving this new Reformer Pilates studio in Twickenham. I’ve been coming here since November and honestly couldn’t have been luckier to find this lovely studio. The space has fantastic views, a calming atmosphere, and the comfiest brand-new Reformer beds I’ve ever used. Class sizes are limited to just five people, and the teachers are genuinely excellent, quickly correcting your form and posture. I’ve tried other crowded Reformer Pilates studios in the area, but United Motion Pilates truly stands out because it’s intimate, offers different levels and you receive personalised attention from instructors. Highly recommend!
