Vicki’s classes are brilliant, I attended during pregnancy and afterwards. She gave me lots of personalised help during the classes to keep fit during pregnancy and rebuild strength afterwards. She creates a really friendly atmosphere and I made some lovely friends who were always up for a coffee after class. I also had some 1-1 sessions with Vicki who helped me come up with a programme to do at home over the summer before I started her class and straight after birth which really gave to confidence to get moving safely. Highly recommended.
