Had my first ever 1-on-1 Pilates session last week at MMR Pilates. I absolutely loved it and have now booked 5 more sessions! Angie really made sure I understood the purpose of each exercise and which muscle it should be working. I had strained my calf muscle from doing gym the previous week, so Angie switched up the program to ensure that I didn’t injure myself more. Angie is so friendly and passionate about what she does. I would highly recommend her, especially for those who aren’t so confident or have never tried reformer Pilates before ☺️
