Anna is a great teacher - professional, knowledgeable and full of good humour. I am in my seventies and a complete beginner, but the Pilates for Living exercises are accessible to all, and support is always there when you need it. The sessions build strength and confidence as well as helping with balance and wellbeing. I have felt improvement both in my body and mind! Each session is different, with an enjoyable mixture of floor, standing and sitting exercises. The hour flies by and I always leave with a spring in my step! I would thoroughly recommend!
