Shona is a brilliant, experienced and knowledgeable teacher with a great sense of humour. Classes are always fun and different every week and Shona encourages us to stretch ourselves to our individual limits, checking each of us constantly throughout the class that we’re doing everything correctly. Exercises are always adjusted for anyone with injuries or health issues, so whether just starting or more advanced we all get the best out of her classes. Been doing Shona’s Pilates for a few years and couldn’t recommend her more highly. And you’ll get a warm inclusive welcome from the lovely bunch who do the classes too!
