I’ve been doing Pilates for 12 years and used a few local places. This is the best I’ve found. The studio is well equipped and a nice bright environment. The teaching is really excellent and challenges me every time. There is also good continuity between teachers. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!
I attended a 4 week beginner’s course of Reformer Pilates here and it was so good I signed up to continue. The teaching is excellent and the small class sizes mean that you get almost personal attention. I would highly recommend them.
