Love my new EMS membership - great people, so caring and friendly. Clean facility and times offered (eg 7am) are IDEAL for busy professionals wanting to keep fit. Highly recommend this as THE fitness spot in Richmond. You will get bespoke level care for a very fair price. App is excellent too! Hoping to add Pilates/stretching as more times come available too
I really enjoyed my mat Pilates class. The instructor was good and explained everything clearly. Antonio wasn’t teaching, but he was still really helpful and checked in with us throughout. Left feeling good after the session highly recommend ❤️
