Maria is the best Pilates teacher I have ever had. Her instructions are so clear and she is incredibly accurate with her observations of what you are doing, so you know she will make sure you are doing everything correctly and safely. She has a calm and positive presence that is a pleasure to be around. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Maria understands the body extremely well and can cater for those already very experienced in pilates, as well as total beginners and also those who have certain injuries or limitations. I would recommend Maria's free induction class where you can discuss what you would like to get out of the classes and also any limitations or concerns you might have. Maria describes each exercise very clearly so it is easy to follow the class correctly online, and from the convenience of your own home.
