Loukia is more than a 5star teacher. I have had issues with my posture forever, only made worse by a car accident which left me with back issues. I feel so much stronger and my movement and range have improved so much and will continue to improve further, I’m sure. I can’t wait to see where the journey will take us! Thank you for having the patience, expertise to tailor the exercises to my ability, empathy and humour to get us through each session!
