I've been coming since December, I love the variety and options of instructors, I tried a few and settled into a great routine. The hot mat is amazing, I feel challenged and supported to go at a pace that suits me, I upped to twice a week and bought a large pack of classes which is ideal for planning ahead. I never regret a session, I go in and know I'm going to get a great workout to set me up for the day. The community around is supportive and engaging, I've slowly started to feel more confident after each class and that is due to the wonderfully kind instructors creating a safe space. I love LAB and am so glad it picked Purley
I love Lab in Purley. Great reformer class, but the best thing is the Hot Pilates classes. Instructors are 10/10.
