I attended Shanice’s beginner Pilates class and it was absolutely fantastic. She explained every movement so clearly and made sure everyone understood the purpose of each exercise and which muscles we were working. As someone who isn’t an expert at Pilates, I really appreciated how patient, encouraging and attentive she was throughout the class. Shanice created such a welcoming and comfortable environment, which made it easy to follow along and build confidence. The workout itself was challenging in the best way, and I left feeling stronger, stretched and really accomplished. If you’re new to Pilates or just looking for a supportive and knowledgeable instructor, I would highly recommend Shanice. A brilliant class, I’ll definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
